We will be holding Tryouts October 15th for ages 11-14 and November 6th for ages 15-18. The dates are listed below. If you would like to try out for the Metro Volleyball team, make sure to follow the Tryout Registration instructions below.

COMMITMENT NIGHT

This is a REQUIRED EVENT for the teams to come together to meet and talk with coaches and teammates, celebrate playing MORE volleyball, and get uniform and gear sizing.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP ONE

EVERY ATHLETE must go to the Southern Region Volleyball Association website and register for a “Tryout Membership” here: SRVA MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION. The charge will be $10. After your registration is complete, please sign and make a copy of the SRVA membership form [You will need to print a copy of your USAV MEMBERSHIP CARD to bring with you to tryouts].  You will convert your “Tryout Membership” to a “Full Membership” after you have joined a club.

STEP TWO

Register for Metro’s tryouts here: TRYOUT REGISTRATION PAGE. The tryout fee is $45.00 and will be collected at Tryouts.  (Returning Metro Players only pay a $30.00 tryout fee as a loyalty credit.)

STEP THREE

Bring a copy of your USAV MEMBERSHIP CARD and MEDICAL RELEASE FORM (found also on the membership site) to tryouts, and give it to a METRO Volleyball Club administrator.  You can find your membership card located on the membership confirmation .pdf form that you can open following USAV registration. You can also find it once you are logged in to your USAV account in the left hand column under “Member Home” then “Print Member Card”.

Please try to arrive 30 minutes prior to tryout time to allow time to finalize onsite registration details and warm-up!
